The Rote Bar – the best drinks in town
The Rote Bar is somewhat hidden away in a classic building on the banks of the Main. You even have to ring the bell to be let in! Once inside, visitors can expect not only classic cocktails – some say the best drinks in town – but also a special ambience with an 80s look.
The dimly lit ambience in the night bar offers a similar atmosphere to some legendary booze bars in East Berlin.
The nicely dressed, attentive and friendly staff also make the Rote Bar one of the best bars in Frankfurt. The bar is located at Mainkai 7 and is open daily from 9.00 pm.

LugInsLand Skyline Bar
A paternoster leads to the Skyline Bar at LugInsLand in Fleming’s Selection Hotel Frankfurt City. That alone makes a visit to the bar special. And if you manage to get one of the coveted roof terrace seats with a fanatical skyline view, the evening is sure to be excellent.
The “place to be” in the heart of Frankfurt also offers an exceptional drinks menu. The experienced bartenders create exclusive drinks from selected ingredients. One of the special signature drinks is the “Spicy Mango Mojito”. This refreshing cocktail is mixed with spiced rum, mint, lime, sugar and mango nectar.
The Skybar is located at Eschenheimer Tor 2 in 60313 Frankfurt and is open daily from 5.00 pm.
Bockenheimer Weinkontor
Tucked away in an inner courtyard is the Bockenheimer Weinkontor, which is always busy, even during the week. Students and bankers alike end the day here with a good glass of wine.
The wine cellar is located in the former premises of a blacksmith’s workshop. The open fire in winter and the secluded, green garden in summer create a special atmosphere. The Bockenheimer Weinkontor has a selection of over 50 wines of German and international origin. Hunger and cravings can be satisfied with small delicacies from the kitchen (tarte flambée, olives, pretzels, pretzel sticks).
The Weinkontor is located in the rear building of Schloßstraße 92 in Frankfurt-Bockenheim and is open daily from 5.30 pm.
